These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SoundPaint mobile application ("the App") provided by Crocolab ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
SoundPaint is a creative drawing app for young children that lets them draw with their voice and sound. The App is intended for children ages 3 and up under parental supervision.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

The App is designed for young children and is intended to be used under parental supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for:
The App requires microphone access to enable voice-based drawing features. By granting microphone permission, you confirm you are a parent or guardian consenting on behalf of the child. You may revoke microphone access at any time in your device Settings.
Drawings and audio recordings created in the App are stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account. You retain full ownership of all content you create. We have no access to your content.
All App content — including artwork, sounds, animations, and the SoundPaint name and logo — is the intellectual property of Crocolab and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Animal sounds included in the App are licensed for use within the App only.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crocolab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted at the same URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
